IN THIS LESSON
Module 8 — Bring It Home: Endurance, Enactment, and Community
The closing module turns insight into a repeatable plan. Participants write a mission statement, build a pact plan, create a fog plan for high-risk windows, and leave with a 30/90-day structure connected to values, responsibility, belonging, and community action. The updated workbook frames this module around endurance, enactment, weekly practice, and concrete planning rather than one-time emotional motivation.
Learning objectives
Translate insight into a repeatable weekly practice.
Write a mission statement for difficult days.
Build pact, fog, and 30/90-day plans.
Leave with allies, rhythm, and a community action plan.
The final course direction should point toward three visible outcomes: a Hope & Purpose Personal Resilience Plan, a Community-Based Suicide Prevention Model, and a Mission-Driven Community Action Plan.
